West Wilts Golf Club - Presentation Evening
Friday, 20th January 2023
Presided over by The Club Captain Ernie Hiscock and The Club Professional Jonathan Lawrence.
An enjoyable evening with plenty of chatter and banter with over 80 members and friends present.
The presentation of cheques started the evening. The Club Captain, and the Ladies Captain, Claire Watts joined forces this year for the first time, raising funds for Dorothy House and Wiltshire Air Ambulance. Representatives from both charities both received cheques for £2582, special thanks were given to Sam for her daredevil paragliding at the beginning of the year and to all those various individuals and groups and their fundraising activities who so generously gave time and monies.
The evening ended with an excellent buffet with special thanks to the kitchen and bar staff.
Club champion, Jac Parker, ended the evening with thanks to all those concerned at the Club and looks forward to defending his title next year!
