Wagglers - 2025
Spring is almost upon us as we look forward to the promise of good weather.
The Wagglers section are planning for the new season ahead with the traditional curtain raiser against our Senior section scheduled for 12th March ending with the Wagglers Trophy day on 27th September.
Around 16 friendly matches have been arranged to date against local clubs.
The format being 4 ball better ball with usually 5 pairings although this can sometimes change depending on demand and is normally followed by a two course meal or some clubs now prefer a pre match breakfast brunch and post match sandwiches.
The Wagglers section is a friendly welcoming bunch and growing every season as a post match natter, drinks and great nosh, regardless of us being at home or away, is always enjoyed by all.
We are always looking for new players with an EG handicap yet to experience the camaraderie and the opportunity of representing West Wilts and notices of upcoming matches can be found in the changing room where anyone wishing to play can add their name, together with a 2025 season fixture list. (Fixtures Subject to Change in the event of postponements)
