Three-Way Match – North Wilts, Salisbury & South Wilts and West Wilts 2026
Thursday, July 30th 2026
This match was played on July 30th at home, having been postponed from 25th June due to the extreme heat.
The weather was much cooler, and we even had a tiny little bit of drizzle towards the end.
Thank you to the kitchen and bar staff for a very welcome and enjoyable meal afterwards. Our course played well despite the brown fairways, but giving lots of ‘run’ and the greens were very good. Well done to the green staff working in such a challenging time weatherwise.
30 players were involved, 10 from each club playing in teams of three. Stableford points were accrued for each team of 10 and for each team of three.
Best individual score overall was Dawn Hicketts with an incredible 47 points.
Best overall team was Mandy Melaragni (NW), Alison Carter (SW) and Aurora Edwards (WW) with a score of 103
Winners of the Trophy were West Wilts with a score of 339. Well done everyone!
Next year we will be at Salisbury & South Wilts GC.
