Pickups for Peace - Update
Tuesday, 6th May 2025
As promised a quick update.
We have made it to Folkestone and are now waiting to board the Shuttle. Next stop Eindhoven then Colditz before we join up with the other 45 pickups in Wroclau.
Our arrival later in Lviv will mean that the charity P4P will have delivered more than 640 vehicles since they started.
We are pretty much full up with kit: plastic and metal jerry cans, generators, tyres, chain saws, camouflage netting and tarpaulins, screenwash and many types of oil, lots of box loads of fan belts, cables, towing ropes, snatch straps, shackles etc, mobile phones, brushes, medical equipment, spades and loading/offloading ramps. Not bad!
