Ladies Tripartite Match 1st July 2021 - Report
The Annual 3 Way match against Salisbury & South Wilts, and North Wilts and ourselves, was played at Salisbury on July 1st 2021
A lovely sunny day and the course looking good, we were welcomed with drinks before we started. The teams of 3, one from each dub started at 10.30am, with a stop at the halfway house for nibbles and comfort stop. When everyone was back in the clubhouse, a very welcome meal was there for us.
Despite the covid restrictions we were very grateful that we were able to play.
This year Salisbury took the Trophy with 258 points, West Wilts were second, 252 points and North Wilts had 241 points.
A bowmaker was arranged for the individual teams of 3.
1st Tracey Luckins (S), Louise Flintoff (NW), Barbara Field (WW) 78 points
2nd. Di Woodward (S), Sue Meharg (NW), Jacky Hiscock (WW) 75 points
Next year the match will be played at North Wilts Golf Club.
