Club Captain & Ladies Captain Drive In's
Thursday, 23rd and Saturday, 25th February 2023
Following the Club and Ladies AGMs on 23rd and 25th February our new Club Captain, Richard Hartley, and Ladies Captain, Nicky Saunders, stepped onto the first tee for their Charity Drive In's on Sunday and Tuesday respectively. As is traditional they both drove off using the Captain's Driver an antique Persimmon club, and breathed huge sighs of relief as their tee shots drew applause!
The winners of the Guess the Drive Competition were: Club Captain's Drive - Paul Trim and Ladies Captain's Drive - Anne Hutchinson and £238 was raised for Kidney Research UK and Motor Neurone Disease Association, the Captains' chosen charities.
Thank you to everyone who donated to these fun charity events.
