2016 Captain's Drive-In
Walter Witts, Club Captain for 2016 drives off the first tee to start his year in charge.
Walter was accompanied by Vice Captain Steve Few (left in the photo) to conduct his drive-in after prize-giving on Sunday 20 March. A healthy cohort of members braved the wind (for a few minutes) to cheer him on, with former captain Bobby McKeown taking the whisky for correctly guessing that Walter would successfully make the left side of the fairway with his pressure shot.
The Club wishes Walter the very best for his captaincy through 2016 and everyone looks forward to seeing him capitalise on a great start.
